“About Us and Our Mission”

In your quest to regain lost freedoms, we will not abandon you!

It is estimated that only 2% of the colonists fought for our independence.

We're part of that 2%; are you?

We are a group of self-funded (making no profit, and asking for no money) volunteers dedicated to the passage of the Fair Tax Act of 2011 (H.R. 25/S296), a bill before Congress that will eliminate the IRS and all income taxes. The "FAIR TAX Plan", through companion legislation,  will also repeal the 16th Amendment, the root of today's income tax.

Our grassroots mission is to educate fellow Citizens about THE Fair Tax Act of 2011 (H.R. 25/S296), which represents the biggest transfer of power back to the people since this country was founded, and how to make the Fair Tax Act of 2011 (H.R. 25/S296) happen at the FEDERAL and LOCAL levels. It WILL literally change your life, change your country, and change the way the world does business.

As Americans For Fair Taxation (AFFT) in Houston hits the campaign trail to target those on their way to Washington, we, the ground troops, target those already in Washington (as well as State officials). This two-front attack WILL result in passage of the Fair Tax Act of 2011 (H.R. 25/S296), AS WRITTEN!

We will:

1. Show how all citizens can have a powerful voice when speaking in unison, by using “OPERATION: OFF THE FENCE”.  It is the only vehicle that allows citizens in all 50 states to send, in coordination with one another, the same simple message over and over demanding the Fair Tax Act of 2011 (H.R. 25/S296)

2.  Assist in helping you gain the knowledge and materials to present a WEEKLY explanation/discussion session in your area so you can encourage your fellow citizens to participate in this history-making event.

3.  Provide you with honest, straightforward answers to any question you have about The Fair Tax Act of 2011 (H.R. 25/S296).

Our OPERATION: OFF THE FENCE strategy is a national movement designed to make all public servants (local, state, and federal) succumb to our demand for a simple, proven, efficient, effective, transparent, inexpensive, constitutional, voluntary taxing mechanism that allows no favoritism: The Fair Tax Act of 2011 (H.R. 25/S296), AS WRITTEN.

We have had weekly meetings in our local area, and we also regularly participate in community events, many times with an info booth set up answering questions. (And, yes, most of us, too, have businesses to run and jobs to go to.)  This has led to many radio interviews, most scheduled for 30 minutes, but invariably lasting an hour due to the popularity of the issue.

Our strong local grassroots efforts played a big part in convincing our US House member, John Mica, to co-sponsor the Fair Tax Act of 2011 (H.R. 25/S296), and you can have the same effect on your public servants.

With your advocacy, we can have The Fair Tax Act of 2011 (H.R. 25/S296), AS WRITTEN, sooner than you think!

For answers to questions, for group presentations, for training to do your own group presentations, email us at info@operationoffthefence.org.

Our sincere thanks to advocates of the Fair Tax Act of 2011 (H.R. 25/S296), AS WRITTEN. We honor the Founders,  the 1.1 million who have fought and died for our freedom, and posterity, by fighting to regain lost freedoms; and remember, in your quest to regain lost freedoms, we will not abandon you!

The Revolution has begun again!

Don’t be a spectator!

Be more than just a supporter…

Be an advocate!

OPERATION: OFF THE FENCE IS the powerful voice of the people!

The 8 postcards ARE the magic bullet!!

Use OPERATION: OFF THE FENCE – start today and don’t stop ‘til the job is done!  Tomorrow will be too late!

Remember, by using OPERATION: OFF THE FENCE, you WILL be part of the “tireless, irate minority” that gets things done!

 AND

"If you value anything more than your freedom, you WILL lose your freedom and the thing more highly valued." (paraphrased) Somerset Maugham.

"In order for Humankind to be the best it can be, humankind must be as free as it can be." - Kevin Whitt
